The invention relates to the field of train operation safety guarantee systems, in particular to a wheel set scratch detection equipment calibration device which comprises a cross beam, a movable buckle, a fixed buckle, an adjusting mechanism and a pressing mechanism. The movable buckle is rotationally connected to one end of the cross beam; the fixing buckle is fixedly connected to the other end of the cross beam; the movable buckle and the fixed buckle are used for being clamped to steel rails on the two sides of a track. The adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the rotating posture of the movable buckle; and the pressing mechanism is used for applying pressing force to the wheel set scratch detection equipment. According to the invention, the pressing mechanism is used for simulating the pressing of the wheel on the scratch rod, so that the data after the scratch rod is pressed can be calibrated. Due to the fact that the downward pressing mechanism is installed on the cross beam, and the cross beam is fixed on the track through the fixed buckle and the movable buckle, the downward pressing mechanism has a firm installation foundation, can apply large downward pressing force to the scratch rod, is more accurate during calibration, and is higher in calibration precision and efficiency.
