The device comprises a T-shaped supporting base, an electronic balance assembly and a T-shaped support assembly. The T-shaped support assembly is installed on the T-shaped supporting base. The electronic balance assembly is installed on the T-shaped supporting base. The T-shaped supporting base comprises a transverse supporting base and a longitudinal supporting base; the transverse supporting base is vertically mounted at the upper end of the longitudinal supporting base; the T-shaped support assembly comprises a T-shaped support and a positioning rod assembly. The positioning rod assembly is mounted on the T-shaped bracket; the T-shaped bracket comprises a transverse bracket and a longitudinal bracket; the transverse bracket is vertically mounted at the upper end of the longitudinal bracket; the transverse support is installed on the transverse supporting base, and the longitudinal support is installed on the longitudinal supporting base. The device has the advantage that the static balance of different models of helicopter rotor blades can be conveniently measured and adjusted.
