The invention discloses a subway vehicle driving motor vibration reduction method and a composite vibration reduction mounting pad, the composite vibration reduction mounting pad comprises an outer sleeve, a rubber layer and an inner cylinder, the outer sleeve is provided with an outer sleeve conical surface, the inner cylinder is provided with an inner cylinder conical surface, and the rubber layer is arranged between the outer sleeve conical surface and the inner cylinder conical surface. The composite vibration reduction mounting pad has the axial and radial vibration reduction and noise reduction performance, the axial and radial rigidity is adjusted by adjusting the taper and thickness of the rubber layer, and vibration generated by a subway vehicle driving motor and in different directions is absorbed. A base of the metro vehicle driving motor is clamped by the composite vibration reduction mounting pad, and the metro vehicle driving motor is hung and mounted on a framework of a metro vehicle. By means of the clamping and hanging mode, the base of the metro vehicle driving motor has elastic displacement space in the vertical direction and the radial direction, and the multi-direction vibration reduction effect is achieved. Therefore, a better vibration and noise reduction effect is achieved, and the comfort of passengers is improved.

    本发明公开了一种地铁车辆驱动电机减振方法及复合减振安装垫,复合减振安装垫包括:外套、橡胶层及内筒,外套上设置有外套锥面,内筒上设置有内筒锥面,橡胶层设置在外套锥面与内筒锥面之间。使得复合减振安装垫具有轴向和径向的减振降噪性能,通过调整橡胶层的锥度和厚度,来调整轴向和径向刚度,来吸收地铁车辆驱动电机所产生的、不同方向的振动。利用复合减振安装垫夹持地铁车辆驱动电机的基座,将地铁车辆驱动电机吊挂安装在地铁车辆的构架上。这种夹持吊挂方式,使得地铁车辆驱动电机的基座在上下和径向都具有弹性的位移空间,起到多向减振作用。以取得更好的减振降噪效果,提高乘客的舒适性。
