The invention discloses a high-rigidity transfer casting for a longitudinal member of a vehicle frame. The high-rigidity transfer casting comprises a first connecting part, a second connecting part and a turning part for connecting the first connecting part and the second connecting part, the first connecting part comprises a first connecting plate and first side plates arranged in the length direction of the two sides of the first connecting plate, a plurality of first mounting holes are formed in the first connecting plate, and the turning part comprises a turning plate and transition side plates arranged on the two sides of the turning plate; the second connecting part comprises a second connecting plate and second side plates arranged in the length direction of the two sides of the second connecting plate, a reinforcing plate arranged in the length direction of the second connecting plate is arranged in the middle of the second connecting plate, and a plurality of second mounting holes are formed in the second connecting plate; and the first side plate, the transition side plate and the second side plate are mutually connected to form an integrated structure. Defects caused by a welding fixing mode are avoided, and the adapter casting has the characteristics of high rigidity and high-precision assembly.

    本发明揭示了车架纵梁高刚度转接铸件,包括第一连接部、第二连接部、以及连接第一连接部和第二连接部的转折部;所述第一连接部包括第一连接板、沿第一连接板两侧长度方向设置的第一侧板,所述第一连接板内设有若干第一安装孔,所述转折部包括转折板、设于转折板两侧的过度侧板,所述第二连接部包括第二连接板、沿第二连接板两侧长度方向设置的第二侧板,所述第二连接板的中部设有沿其长度方向布置的加强板,所述第二连接板内设有若干第二安装孔,所述第一侧板、所述过度侧板、与所述第二侧板相互连接呈一体结构。本发明实现了避免采用焊接固定方式带来的弊端,转接铸件具备高刚度、高精度组装的特点。
