The suspension control valve group comprises a first two-position two-way electromagnetic valve, a second two-position two-way electromagnetic valve, a third two-position two-way electromagnetic valve, a first one-way valve, a second one-way valve and a third one-way valve which are communicated with one another, the third two-position two-way electromagnetic valve is used for connecting the first two-position two-way electromagnetic valve and the second two-position two-way electromagnetic valve; and when the rear axle is locked without suspension, the first two-position two-way electromagnetic valve, the second two-position two-way electromagnetic valve and the third two-position two-way electromagnetic valve are not electrified, and the suspension valve group cannot form an effective loop. According to the suspension control valve bank, the control system and the telescopic boom forklift, the on-off of an oil way is controlled through the multiple electromagnetic valves, so that the rear axle has three different suspension states and can adapt to different working condition requirements, meanwhile, an oil way throttling opening damper is additionally arranged, oil way buffering is increased, and the suspension valve bank is more suitable for specific working conditions to conduct running operation.

    本发明公开了一种悬挂控制阀组、控制系统及伸缩臂叉车,包括相连通的第一两位两通电磁阀、第二两位两通电磁阀、第三两位两通电磁阀、第一单向阀、第二单向阀和第三单向阀,所述第三两位两通电磁阀用于连接第一两位两通电磁阀和第二两位两通电磁阀;其中,当后桥锁止无悬挂时,第一两位两通电磁阀、第二两位两通电磁阀和第三两位两通电磁阀不得电,悬挂阀组不能形成有效回路。该悬挂控制阀组、控制系统及伸缩臂叉车,通过多个电磁阀控制油路通断,使后桥具备三种不同形式的悬挂状态,能够适应不同的工况要求,同时增设油路节流口阻尼,增加油路缓冲,使悬挂阀组更适应特定工况进行行驶作业。
