The invention relates to the technical field of shaft sealing, in particular to a vertical shaft sealing method which comprises the steps that a lower-layer bracket and an upper-layer bracket are arranged on a shaft wall, a first disc frame is installed on the lower-layer bracket, and a steel wire rope is fixedly hung on the first disc frame and used for being connected with a cable, a safety ladder, a drainage pipe and a water supply pipe; mounting a second tray frame and a second base plate on the upper-layer bracket; a third disc frame is installed on a wellhead concrete walling crib, a chain block is installed at the position, corresponding to a cage guide rope of the original cage, of the third disc frame, the cage guide rope is fixedly connected with a lifting hook of the chain block, and the chain block is adjusted to enable the cage guide rope to be tightened; a hoister is arranged at the position where the hoisting container needs to be used, the hoisting end of a hoisting steel wire rope on the hoister is connected with a new cage, and the new cage is slidably connected to the cage guide rope; by means of the device, the shaft sealing effect can be achieved, a sliding way can be provided for a new underground cage, using of an underground lifting container is not affected, and meanwhile material transportation, water supply and water drainage in a well are not affected.

    本发明涉及井筒封闭技术领域,具体的设计一种竖井井筒封闭方法,包括:在井壁上设置下层托架和上层托架,在下层托架上安装第一盘架,第一盘架上固定悬挂钢丝绳用于连接电缆、安全梯、排水管、供水管;在上层托架上安装第二盘架,安装第二垫板;在井口混凝土井圈上安装第三盘架,在第三盘架上对应原罐笼的罐道绳位置安装手拉葫芦,罐道绳与手拉葫芦的吊钩连接固定,调整手拉葫芦,使罐道绳绷紧;在需要使用提升容器的位置设置提升机,提升机上提升钢丝绳的提升端与新罐笼相连,新罐笼滑动连接在罐道绳上;通过本发明,既能够起到井筒封闭作用,又能够为井下的新罐笼提供滑道,不影响井下提升容器的使用,同时,不影响井内物料运输、供水、排水。
