The invention discloses solvent-free polyurethane leather for an automobile foot mat, a preparation method of the solvent-free polyurethane leather and the automobile foot mat, and the solvent-free polyurethane leather comprises a base cloth layer and a polyurethane surface layer, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of polyester polyol, 20-30 parts of polyether polyol, 5-10 parts of a chain extender, 0.1-2 parts of a catalyst, 50-80 parts of diisocyanate, 5-15 parts of triisocyanate, 1-3 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a foam stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a flatting agent and 10-20 parts of anti-radiation filler. The polyurethane leather raw materials are free of solvents, plasticizers and heavy metals, waste gas and waste water are not generated in the production process, zero emission is achieved, and the prepared foot pad is firm in texture, resistant to scraping and abrasion, good in extensibility, not prone to deformation, free of peculiar smell, fine and soft in hand feeling and capable of effectively absorbing, shielding and attenuating a large amount of microwave and electromagnetic wave radiation of a vehicle body. Possible harm of radiation to a human body is prevented, and meanwhile, good mechanical properties are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于汽车脚垫的无溶剂聚氨酯革及其制备方法和汽车脚垫,所述无溶液聚氨酯革包括基布层和聚氨酯面层,所述聚氨酯面层按重量份计,包括以下原料:聚酯多元醇50‑80份、聚醚多元醇20‑30份、扩链剂5‑10份、催化剂0.1‑2份、二异氰酸酯50‑80份、三异氰酸酯5‑15份、发泡剂1‑3份、泡沫稳定剂0.5‑1份、流平剂0.5‑1.5份、防辐射填料10‑20份。该聚氨酯革原料中无溶剂、无增塑剂、无重金属,生产过程中不产生废气、废水,实现零排放,制备得到的脚垫质地坚实、抗刮耐磨、伸展性好、不易变形、无异味、手感细腻柔软,能有效吸收、屏蔽、衰减车体本身的大量微波、电磁波辐射,预防了辐射对人体可能产生的危害,同时还具有较好的力学性能。
