The invention discloses a rubber composite material based on high-butadiene-content iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber as well as a preparation method and application of the rubber composite material. The invention belongs to the field of rubber materials and preparation thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the conventional modified composite rubber cannot balance the performance of a magic triangle of the rubber. The material is prepared from olefin rubber, reinforcing filler, a plasticizer, zinc oxide, stearic acid, sulfur, a silane coupling agent, an accelerant and an anti-aging agent, the olefin rubber is formed by mixing natural rubber, solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber and iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber, the molecular weight of the iron-based butadiene-isoprene rubber is 50-80 w, the molecular weight distribution is 1.5-2.5, and the molecular weight distribution is 1.5-2.5. The sum of the side group content of vinyl and the side group content of allyl is 30-50%, and the molar ratio of the monomer butadiene to the isoprene in the preparation process is (1.5-9): 1. The material disclosed by the invention is applied as tire tread rubber. According to the invention, the'magic triangle 'performance of the rubber material is effectively balanced.

    一种基于高丁二烯含量铁系丁戊橡胶的橡胶复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明属于橡胶材料及其制备领域。本发明的目的是为了解决现有改性复合橡胶无法平衡橡胶的“魔鬼三角”性能的技术问题。本发明的材料由烯烃类橡胶、补强填料、增塑剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺、硅烷偶联剂、促进剂和防老剂制备而成,烯烃类橡胶由天然橡胶、溶聚丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶和铁系丁戊橡胶混合而成,铁系丁戊橡胶分子量为50~80w,分子量分布为1.5‑2.5,乙烯基和丙烯基侧基含量之和为30~50%,制备过程中单体丁二烯与异戊二烯的摩尔比为(1.5‑9):1。本发明的材料作为轮胎胎面胶应用。本发明有效平衡了橡胶材料的“魔鬼三角”性能。
