The invention relates to a triple-hulled vessel which is different from an existing triple-hulled vessel structure in which three thin hulls share a main deck, the triple-hulled vessel uses a space rod system structure (1) to replace a part of hulls between the main deck and a water plane of the existing triple-hulled vessel, the volume of the part of hulls is reduced, and the impact force of waves on the part of hulls is reduced. The triple-hulled vessel is better in seakeeping, the triple-hulled vessel can be divided into an upper part, a middle part and a lower part which are connected, the upper part is an upper-layer facility, the upper-layer facility refers to a platform (4), a cab, a rest room, hoisting equipment and the like which are installed on the upper part of the triple-hulled vessel, the middle part is a space rod system structure (1) composed of rod pieces, and the lower part is three thin hulls. The space rod system structure (1) can bear bending and twisting moment generated when the triple-hulled vessel is used, the middle hull (2) of the triple-hulled vessel is communicated with an upper-layer facility through a surrounding shell (6), and the triple-hulled vessel can also be designed into a small waterplane triple-hulled vessel.
