The invention provides a speed measurement fusion method and device for improving speed measurement availability. The method comprises the following steps: judging whether a broken line fault of a speed sensor and/or a double-speed sensor idle slip fault can be recovered or not; if any fault is not recoverable, determining a speed measurement invalid state, and sending a takeover prompt to a driver; detecting zero speed after receiving driver take-over confirmation and stably stopping the train; and a train zero speed confirmation prompt is sent to train control on-board equipment, and speed measurement is recovered after confirmation of the driver is received. According to the mode, aiming at the conditions of speed sensor disconnection and double-speed sensor idle sliding faults, speed measurement is not directly determined to be invalid, whether the faults can be recovered or not is judged, the speed sensor disconnection and invalid speed measurement which meet the conditions can be recovered, the speed measurement availability is greatly improved, and when the faults cannot be recovered, the speed measurement can be carried out conveniently and rapidly. A driver is reminded in time, automatic braking and speed measurement are carried out on the train, and the safety of the train and the experience feeling of the driver are improved.

    本公开提供了一种改善测速可用性的测速融合方法及装置。该方法包括判断速度传感器发生的断线故障和/或双速度传感器空滑故障是否可恢复;若任一故障不可恢复否,则确认为测速无效状态,向司机发出接管提示;收到司机接管确认,且列车停稳后检测出速度零速;向列控车载设备发送确认列车零速提示,收到司机确认后恢复测速。以此方式,针对发生速度传感器断线、双速度传感器空滑故障的情况,不是直接认定为测速无效,而是对故障能否恢复做出判定,满足条件的速度传感器断线以及测速无效均可恢复,大大增加了测速的可用性,在故障不可恢复时,及时对司机进行提醒并对列车做出自动制动、测速,提高了列车的安全性和司机的体验感。
