After air outside a vehicle enters, heat is taken away through the main inversion module, heat is dissipated for the electric appliance elements installed at the air channel through the electric room air channel, then heat is dissipated for the traction motor through the ventilation fan and the traction motor air channel, heat is dissipated for the traction motor through the path of downward discharging and lateral discharging, and finally hot air is discharged out of the vehicle. The harm to personnel caused by discharged hot air is avoided; the whole electrical room air duct is of an independent structure, damp air, dust and the like entering the air duct only adhere to the interior of the air duct, and electrical components cannot be damaged; various flow guide plates are arranged in the whole electric room air duct structure, and air resistance is reduced.

    本发明涉及电气室技术领域,公开了一种外廊调车机车整体柜式电气室通风结构,包括电气室,所述电气室内部上方设有主逆变模块安装座,所述主逆变模块安装座上设有主逆变模块,所述电气室内的一侧设有电器元件安装座,所述电器元件安装座上设有电器元件,车外空气进入后经过主逆变模块将热量带走,经过电气室风道为安装在风道处电器元件散热,再经由通风机,排向底架牵引电机风道,经下排侧出的路径,为牵引电机散热,最终将热风排到车外,避免排出的热风对人员造成伤害;整个电气室风道为独立结构,对于进入风道内部的潮湿空气、灰尘等只附着于风道内部,不会对电器元件造成伤害;在整个电气室风道结构内部,设置了各种导流板,减小风阻。
