The invention discloses a DCDC boost charging system and method based on a new energy automobile motor controller. The problems that in the prior art, a high-voltage platform architecture vehicle and a medium-voltage direct-current charging pile are difficult to match, and cost is high, weight is heavy and space is occupied due to the fact that a booster circuit is added are solved. The system comprises a fast charging interface, a driving charging controller and a battery manager, the fast charging interface is connected with the driving charging controller, the driving charging controller is in communication connection with the battery manager, and the battery manager is in communication connection with the fast charging interface. The driving charging controller comprises a third change-over switch, a battery and a permanent magnet motor, when the driving charging controller works in a boost charging mode, the third change-over switch is controlled to be switched on, the three-phase full-bridge inverter upper bridge is controlled to be switched off, and an upper bridge fly-wheel diode, a lower bridge and a permanent magnet motor three-phase inductor jointly form an equivalent direct current boost circuit; and the DCDC boosting and quick charging function of the high-voltage platform architecture vehicle is realized.

    本发明一种基于新能源汽车电机控制器的DCDC升压充电系统及方法。解决了现有技术中高电压平台架构车辆与中压直流充电桩难匹配,增加升压电路带来的成本高、重量重、占用空间的问题。系统包括快充接口、驱动充电控制器和电池管理器,快充接口连接驱动充电控制器,驱动充电控制器与电池管理器通信连接,电池管理器与快充接口通信连接。驱动充电控制器包括第三切换开关、电池、永磁电机,在工作在升压充电模式时,控制第三切换开关闭合,三相全桥逆变电路上桥关断,由上桥续流二极管、下桥、永磁电机三相电感共同组成等效的直流升压电路,实现高压平台架构车辆的DCDC升压快充功能。
