The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a traction machine rotor assembly and an elevator traction machine thereof. A traction machine rotor assembly comprises a rotor core, rotor teeth and permanent magnets, the multiple rotor teeth are evenly arranged in a spaced and separated mode in the circumferential direction of the rotor core, an installation groove is formed between every two adjacent rotor teeth, and the permanent magnets are installed in the corresponding installation grooves; the traction machine rotor assembly comprises a plurality of slot wedges, two third protrusions are arranged at the ends, away from the rotor core, of the rotor teeth, and the two third protrusions extend towards the two sides of the rotor teeth in the circumferential direction of the traction machine rotor assembly. One side of the slot wedge is connected with the permanent magnet, and the other side of the slot wedge abuts against the side wall, facing the rotor core, of the at least one third protrusion. The permanent magnet motor has the advantages that the slot wedges are located between the permanent magnets and the third protrusions, the permanent magnets are limited, collision between the permanent magnets and the third protrusions can be buffered, stress is evenly shared, and the problems of structural damage, deformation and the like are reduced.

    本发明涉及电梯技术领域,特别是涉及曳引机转子组件及其电梯曳引机。一种曳引机转子组件,包括转子芯、转子齿以及永磁体,多个转子齿沿着转子芯的周向间隔均匀分离设置,相邻的两个转子齿之间形成一个安装槽,永磁体安装至对应的安装槽内;曳引机转子组件包括多个槽楔,转子齿在远离转子芯的一端设有两个第三凸起,两个第三凸起分别沿着曳引机转子组件的圆周方向并朝转子齿的两侧延伸;槽楔的一侧与永磁体连接,另一侧抵接于至少一个第三凸起朝向转子芯的侧壁。其优点在于,槽楔位于永磁体和第三凸起之间,对永磁体起到限位效果,还能够对永磁体和第三凸起之间的碰撞起到缓冲效果,将应力均匀分摊,减少结构损伤以及变形等问题的发生。
