According to the invention, the purpose of producing the electrode plate of the ultra-long thin battery on the premise of not obviously widening and enlarging the sizes of equipment such as a coating machine, a rolling machine, a splitting machine and the like is realized, and the problems of cost increase, equipment floor area increase and plant ground load increase caused by widening and enlarging of the equipment are solved; and the risk that the surface density, the thickness and the slitting width of the electrode plate in the breadth direction are inconsistent is also reduced.
本发明提供了一种电极极片与叠片电池及其制备方法、电池系统与车辆,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在集流体上间隔设定间距涂覆至少两段第一长度的活性浆料,形成依次间隔设置的空白集流体区与活性材料区,裁切后得到至少一段电极极片,每段所述电极极片中包括第二长度的连续的活性材料区及位于活性材料区一端的第三长度的连续的空白集流体区。本发明实现了在不对涂布机、碾压机与分切机等设备尺寸进行明显加宽和加大的前提下,生产超长长薄型电池的电极极片的目的,解决了因设备加宽和加大而带来的成本增加、设备占地面积加大与厂房地面载荷提升的问题,还降低了电极极片在幅宽方向的面密度、厚度与分切宽度不一致性的风险。
