The invention discloses an expressway vehicle user management service system and method, and the system comprises a data obtaining module which is used for obtaining the basic information of a vehicle and the driving behavior information of the vehicle; the vehicle analysis module is used for determining a target vehicle according to the vehicle basic information and filing the target vehicle; determining a service value type and a driving risk level of the target vehicle according to the driving behavior and the travel information of the target vehicle; and the vehicle management module is used for comprehensively portraying the target vehicle according to the service value type and the driving risk level. According to the invention, the grating optical fiber data acquisition unit, the point type sensing unit and the behavior recording unit are introduced into the data acquisition module, and high-speed full-road-section multi-channel data sources are aggregated, so that full-road-section, all-weather and real-time monitoring is realized, the data sources are enriched, the potential value of a vehicle can be mined, and the value of the vehicle can be depicted in an omnibearing manner.

    本申请公开了一种高速公路的车辆用户管理服务系统和方法,该系统包括:数据获取模块,用于获取车辆基本信息和车辆驾驶行为信息;车辆分析模块,用于根据车辆基本信息确定目标车辆,并对目标车辆进行建档;根据目标车辆的驾驶行为及出行信息确定目标车辆的服务价值类型和行驶风险等级;车辆管理模块,用于根据服务价值类型和行驶风险等级对目标车辆进行综合画像。本发明通过在数据获取模块引入光栅光纤数据采集单元、点式传感单元和行为记录单元,聚合高速全路段多渠道数据源,实现全路段、全天候、实时监测,丰富了数据源,能够挖掘车辆的潜在价值,对车辆价值进行全方位的刻画。
