The invention relates to a shared vehicle over-parking management method, system and device, and the method comprises the steps: distinguishing shared vehicles passing by and parked in a shared vehicle parking region, adding one to the total number of the shared vehicles parked in the shared vehicle parking region, judging whether the total number exceeds a preset threshold value corresponding to the parking region, and if yes, determining that the shared vehicles are parked in the shared vehicle parking region; and if yes, notifying a manufacturer of the newly parked shared vehicle to move the vehicle. In this way, each shared vehicle parking area can be effectively managed, the number is limited, and therefore cleanliness is guaranteed.
