The motor stator and rotor hoisting device comprises a supporting mechanism, a fixing mechanism and an adjusting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a fixing plate and an adjusting rod, the adjusting rod is arranged at the top of the fixing plate, a connecting rod is fixedly connected between the adjusting rod and the fixing plate, the fixing mechanism is arranged on one side of the fixing plate, and the fixing mechanism is arranged on the other side of the fixing plate. The fixing mechanism is used for fixing a motor stator, the adjusting mechanism is arranged in the adjusting rod, and the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the gravity center of the device. By arranging the fixing mechanism, multiple abutting blocks can abut against the inner wall of the motor stator at the same time, so that the motor stator can be fixed, and compared with a mode of fixing through the dead weight of the motor stator, the reliability of actively fixing the motor stator through friction force between the abutting blocks and the inner wall of the motor stator is higher; and meanwhile, the position of the abutting block is adjustable, so that the motor stators with different inner diameters can be fixed.

    本发明公开了一种电机定子转子吊装装置,包括支撑机构、固定机构和调节机构,所述支撑机构包括固定板和调节杆,所述调节杆设置于固定板顶部,所述调节杆与固定板之间固定连接有连接杆,所述固定机构设置于固定板一侧,所述固定机构用于对电机定子进行固定,所述调节机构设置于调节杆内部,所述调节机构用于对装置的重心进行调节。本发明通过设置固定机构,可以通过多个抵块同时与电机定子内壁相抵,从而可以对电机定子进行固定,与通过电机定子的自重进行固定的方式相比,通过抵块与电机定子内壁之间的摩擦力主动对电机定子进行固定的可靠性更高,同时因为抵块的位置可调,因此可以对不同内径的电机定子进行固定。
