The invention relates to a guide pipe structure for restraining propeller tip vortex cavitation, which comprises a guide pipe body, the inner wall of the guide pipe body is provided with an annular area coaxial with the guide pipe body, the projection of a blade tip gap on the inner wall is located in the annular area, and the blade tip gap is a gap between the blade tip of a propeller blade and the inner wall; the spiral blade grid pieces are installed in the annular area and evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the annular area at intervals so as to form a flow turning prevention structure, and the screw pitch direction of the spiral blade grid pieces is opposite to the screw pitch direction of the blade tips of the propeller blades. The spiral blade grid pieces can effectively restrain fluid on the pressure surface of the propeller blade from overturning and flowing to the suction surface, restrain formation of blade tip vortexes of the propeller blade, and accordingly effectively delay primary cavitation of the tip vortexes of the propeller blade. In addition, after the guide pipe structure is installed, direct impact of unsteady pulsating pressure induced by the propeller on the inner wall face of the guide pipe can be effectively avoided, the flow-induced vibration noise level of the guide pipe propeller can be reduced, and the operation stability of the guide pipe propeller is improved.

    本申请涉及一种抑制螺旋桨梢涡空化的导管结构,其包括:导管本体,其内壁上设有与其同轴的环形区域,叶梢间隙在内壁上的投影位于该环形区域内,叶梢间隙为螺旋桨叶的叶梢与内壁之间的间隙;多个螺旋叶栅片,其安装在所述环形区域内,并沿所述环形区域的周向均匀间隔分布,以形成防翻流结构,其中螺旋叶栅片的螺距方向与螺旋桨叶的叶梢的螺距方向相反。螺旋叶栅片可有效抑制螺旋桨叶片压力面流体向吸力面的翻转流动,抑制桨叶叶梢涡的形成,从而可有效延缓螺旋桨梢涡空化的初生。此外,安装以上导管结构后可有效避免螺旋桨诱导的非定常脉动压力对导管内壁面的直接冲击,可降低导管螺旋桨的流致振动噪声水平,提升导管螺旋桨的运转稳定性。
