The holding unit is used for fixing the top of the wind turbine generator. Overall hauling and one-step installation of the barrel type foundation and the upper wind turbine generator can be achieved, and the method has the advantages of being wide in applicable water depth range, high in positioning precision, rapid in offshore installation and the like.
