The invention relates to a ship dynamic positioning system which comprises a ship dynamic positioner body, a protective outer cover and a bearing base, and the top of the bearing base is fixedly connected with a positioner lifting adjusting frame. According to the ship dynamic locator, the ship dynamic locator body can be installed on the top of the bearing plate through screws, a stepping motor is started to rotate a ball screw, a sliding cylinder can be driven to slide on the outer walls of sliding rods on the two sides through a lead screw nut, and therefore the sliding cylinder can drive the bearing plate to ascend and descend on the outer wall of a locator lifting adjusting frame; when the ship dynamic positioning device main body is used, the stepping motor can be controlled to drive the bearing plate to be clamped into the bottom of the protective outer cover, so that the ship dynamic positioning device main body can safely carry out signal receiving and transmitting work at a high place under the protection effect of the protective outer cover, and the service life of the ship dynamic positioning system positioner is effectively prolonged.
