According to the centering assembly method for the steering wheel of the commercial vehicle, the unit tooth change angle of the steering wheel and the initial deflection angle of pre-centering assembly are obtained according to the difference between the tooth number of a connecting spline of the steering wheel and a steering transmission shaft and the tooth number of a connecting spline of the steering transmission shaft and a steering machine; the steering wheel can be centered and assembled by adopting a staggered tooth assembly method according to the tooth number and size relation of upper and lower connecting splines of the steering transmission shaft and the deflection direction of an initial deflection angle. According to the invention, only the tooth number difference between the tooth numbers Z1 and Z2 of the upper and lower connecting splines of the steering transmission shaft is small enough during design, so that the angle deviation of steering wheel installation can be reduced, very high centering assembly precision is obtained, and the implementation is simple and easy to realize; on the basis of an existing structure, parts, adjusting mechanisms and cost do not need to be added, and the reliability and performance of an original mechanism are fully guaranteed; the centering assembly process is simple, and the assembly efficiency is high.

    本发明提出了一种商用汽车转向盘的对中装配方法,利用转向盘和转向传动轴的连接花键齿数与转向传动轴和转向机的连接花键齿数的差异,得到转向盘单位齿变化角以及预对中装配的初始偏转角,通过错齿原理,可根据转向传动轴上下连接花键齿数大小关系和初始偏转角的偏转方向,采用错齿装配的方法,对转向盘进行对中装配。本发明只需设计时保证转向传动轴上下连接花键齿数Z1和Z2的齿数差足够小,就可以缩小转向盘安装的角度偏差,获得很高的对中装配精度,实施简单,易于实现;本发明在现有结构上,无需增加零件、调整机构以及成本,充分保证了原有机构的可靠性和性能;本发明的对中装配过程简单,装配效率高。
