The invention discloses a parking load digitization method for a vehicle steering system. The parking load digitization method comprises the following steps: 100, acquiring a steering pull rod force value and a steering wheel turning angle value of each type of vehicle in a parking process; 200, a steering pull rod force value-steering wheel rotation angle relation curve is generated; 300, on the basis of the steering pull rod force value-steering wheel angle relation curve, the maximum envelope line of all the steering pull rod force value-steering wheel angle relation curves is described; 400, setting a plurality of groups of control points based on the maximum steering wheel angle and the maximum rack force of the vehicle steering system of each vehicle type; 500, optimizing the abscissa and the ordinate of each control point so as to enable each control point to continuously approach the maximum envelope line; 600, connecting the optimized control points to obtain a control line; 700, whether the control line completely covers the maximum envelope line or not is judged, and if yes, the control line is output; and if not, returning to the step 400. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a parking load digitization system of the vehicle steering system.

    本发明公开了一种车辆转向系统停车载荷数字化方法,其包括步骤:100:采集各车型车辆在停车过程中的转向拉杆力值以及方向盘转角的角度值;200:生成转向拉杆力值‑方向盘转角关系曲线;300:基于转向拉杆力值‑方向盘转角关系曲线,描绘出所有转向拉杆力值‑方向盘转角关系曲线的最大包络线;400:基于各车型车辆转向系统的最大方向盘转角和最大齿条力设定若干组控制点;500:对各控制点的横坐标和纵坐标进行寻优,以使各控制点不断逼近所述最大包络线;600:将寻优完成的各控制点进行连线,得到控制线;700:判断控制线是否完全覆盖所述最大包络线,若判断是,则将该控制线输出;若判断为否则返回步骤400。相应地,本发明还公开了一种车辆转向系统停车载荷数字化系统。
