The invention provides a roadway temporary car stopping device which comprises a car stopping door, a car stopping door frame and a control component of the car stopping door, the car stopping door frame is fixedly arranged above a rail and is perpendicular to the rail, and the width of the car stopping door frame is larger than that of a mine car; the car stopping door is rotatably fixed on the car stopping door frame, and the car stopping door can be rotatably opened towards the coming direction of the mine car; the car blocking door is attached to the car blocking door frame after being closed. The control component controls opening and closing of the car blocking door. The tramcar blocking device is arranged behind a construction surface, can block a tramcar sliding down, and can be repeatedly used.
