The invention discloses a forklift starting anti-slip control method which comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring forklift state information, and obtaining forklift mass; s2, calculating the critical driving force of starting and non-slope sliding of the forklift according to the collected forklift state information and forklift mass; s3, the target rotating speed of the engine is calculated through the critical driving force and the universal characteristic curve of the forklift engine; s4, when the forklift is in the forward gear state, a forklift accelerator pedal is stepped down, an engine is started and reaches the target rotating speed, the clutch duty ratio is controlled, meanwhile, forklift braking is relieved, and the forklift is in the balanced state; s5, the accelerator pedal continues to be stepped on, the accelerator is added, and the forklift is slowly started on the ramp. According to the forklift starting slope sliding prevention control method, ramp starting of the forklift can be assisted, the fatigue degree of a driver during driving work is reduced, the driving safety is improved, autonomous judgment and active braking can be conducted when emergencies occur, and the driving safety is improved. And the occurrence of safety accidents is further avoided.

    本发明公开了一种叉车起步防溜坡控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、采集叉车状态信息,获取叉车质量;S2、通过采集的叉车状态信息及叉车质量计算叉车起步且不溜坡的临界驱动力;S3、通过临界驱动力、叉车发动机万有特性曲线计算发动机的目标转速;S4、叉车处于前进挡状态下踩下叉车油门踏板,发动机启动并达到目标转速,控制离合占空比同时解除叉车制动,使得叉车处于平衡状态;S5、继续踩下油门踏板,增加油门,叉车在坡道上缓慢起步,本发明的叉车起步防溜坡控制方法,可以辅助叉车坡道起步,降低驾驶员在驾驶工作时的疲劳程度,提高了驾驶安全性,且在突发情况出现时能自主判断并进行主动制动,更进一步的避免了安全事故的发生。
