The invention provides an electronic mechanical brake device, a drive circuit thereof, a controller and an electric vehicle. The reuse rate of the drive circuit in the drive device can be improved. The driving device comprises a driving circuit, a direct-current brake motor and two wheel side brake motors, the two ends of the direct-current brake motor are connected with the common ends of a plurality of windings of the two wheel side brake motors respectively, and the driving circuit comprises two bridge circuits. And the midpoints of the plurality of bridge arms of each bridge circuit are respectively connected with the other ends of the plurality of windings of one wheel side brake motor. The driving device operates in an alternating current driving mode, and the two wheel side braking motors drive the vehicle braking system to brake the vehicle. The driving device runs in a direct current driving mode, the midpoint of a bridge arm of one bridge circuit outputs direct current to the common end of the winding of the corresponding wheel side braking motor, and the midpoint of the bridge arm of the other bridge circuit receives the direct current through the common end of the winding of the corresponding wheel side braking motor. The direct-current brake motor drives the vehicle brake system to brake the vehicle.
