The invention provides charging equipment and a charging system, relates to the technical field of energy, and aims to solve the technical problem of poor heat dissipation effect of the charging equipment. The charging equipment provided by the invention comprises an elastic heat conduction piece and at least two stacked power assemblies, the power assembly comprises a shell, a liquid cooling plate and a circuit board assembly, the shell and the liquid cooling plate define a containing cavity, and the circuit board assembly is arranged in the containing cavity and is in heat conduction connection with the shell and the liquid cooling plate; the liquid cooling plate of each power assembly is provided with a first contact surface, and the housing is provided with a second contact surface. In two adjacent power assemblies, the first contact surface of one power assembly is arranged opposite to the second contact surface of the other power assembly, and the elastic heat conduction piece is located between the first contact surface and the second contact surface and elastically abuts against the first contact surface and the second contact surface. By using the elastic heat conduction member, the heat dissipation structures of the two adjacent power assemblies can depend on each other, and the heat dissipation performance of the charging device can be improved.
