The invention provides a wide-base low-section tire forming vulcanization process and a wide-base low-section tire, and belongs to the field of tire manufacturing. The wide-base low-section tire molding vulcanization process adopts a two-drum molding machine for molding, and comprises the following steps: sequentially laminating a tire side wall, a lining layer, a seam allowance reinforcing layer, a tire body and cushion rubber on a main drum, rolling, and buckling a steel wire ring to form a main drum composite part; a first belted layer, a second belted layer, a third belted layer, a zero-degree belted layer and a tread are sequentially attached to the auxiliary drum to form an auxiliary drum composite part; the auxiliary drum composite part is transferred to the main drum through the transfer ring, and a tire blank is formed after pre-shaping, shaping and over-shaping operations are carried out; and carrying out low-temperature vulcanization on the tire blank at 141 DEG C by using a hot plate type vulcanizing machine, and closing the mold to obtain the finished tire. The method can be applied to a wide-base low-section tire, and has the characteristics of improving the bending reject ratio of a tire crown part and improving the product performance.
本发明提出一种宽基低断面轮胎成型硫化工艺及宽基低断面轮胎,属于轮胎制造领域。该宽基低断面轮胎成型硫化工艺使用两鼓成型机成型,包括以下步骤:在主鼓上依次贴合胎侧、内衬层、子口补强层、胎体、垫胶并辊压,进行钢丝圈扣圈形成主鼓复合件;在辅鼓上依次进行第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层、零度带束层及胎面的贴合形成辅鼓复合件;通过传递环将辅鼓复合件传递到主鼓上,进行预定型、定型、超定型操作后形成轮胎胎胚;将上述轮胎胎胚使用热板式硫化机于141℃进行低温硫化,合模,获得成品轮胎。本发明能够应用于宽基低断面轮胎,具有改善胎冠部弯曲不良率、提高产品性能的特点。
