The invention discloses a high-precision dynamic measurement method based on aircraft control surface deflection. The method comprises a high-precision attitude fusion algorithm, a temperature time drift compensation algorithm and an installation error correction algorithm. And the static and dynamic detection precision of the aircraft is ensured through the common use of multiple algorithms. According to the high-precision dynamic measurement method based on aircraft control surface deflection, a positioning and attitude determination algorithm architecture is designed, error influences are solved in a grading manner, the conversion relation between position calculation and attitude calculation is comprehensively analyzed, and the problems of errors and drifting of a micro inertial navigation system are solved in a complementary manner.
