The on-site hoisting tool comprises a base, a lower-section hoisting rod, an upper-section hoisting rod, a rotating frame, a lock pin and a hoisting arm, the lower-section lifting rod is vertically arranged and is fixed on the base; the upper-section lifting rod is vertically arranged and is detachably spliced on the lower-section lifting rod; the rotating frame is rotatably arranged at the top of the upper-section lifting rod, and a plurality of inserting holes are formed in the periphery of the bottom of the rotating frame; on the projection in the vertical direction, the periphery of the rotating frame extends out of the upper-section hanging rod; the suspension arm is horizontally arranged and is fixed on the rotating frame; a hoist hook through which the lifting rope passes is arranged on the lifting arm; and the lock pin is arranged on the upper-section lifting rod in a lifting manner and is used for being inserted into the insertion hole when the rotating frame needs to be fixed. According to the hoisting tool provided by the scheme, the hoisting tool can be quickly assembled on the premise of meeting the operation safety distance, the power failure range during overhauling is reduced, and the problem that the power failure range is large due to the fact that existing hoisting equipment occupies a large space during hoisting is effectively solved.
