The multiple L-shaped inner abutting plates are jointly connected with a second driving part, the first driving part and the second driving part are both installed on the installation base, and the first driving part and the second driving part are jointly connected with an adjusting part. The safety in the tower tube hoisting and mounting operation process is improved, and meanwhile the possibility that the flange end of the tower tube deforms in the tower tube hoisting process is reduced.
