The invention belongs to the technical field related to elevator operation equipment, and particularly provides an elevator anti-falling device which comprises an elevator shaft, a lifting assembly and a lift car, the lift car is arranged in the elevator shaft through the lifting assembly, an anti-falling assembly is further arranged in the elevator shaft, and the anti-falling assembly comprises a locking vertical rod, a locking transverse rod and at least two locking blocks. The stop vertical rod is arranged in an elevator shaft, the stop transverse rod is arranged at the top of a lift car, an elastic clamping block is arranged at the end of the stop transverse rod, a guide sliding groove is formed in the inner side wall of the stop vertical rod, and at least two stop blocks are vertically arranged at the lower end of the guide sliding groove. A bayonet for clamping the elastic clamping block is formed in the top stop block in the at least two stop blocks, and a buffer spring is arranged between every two adjacent stop blocks; an electric air cylinder for driving the elastic clamping block to be pushed out is arranged in the middle of the locking transverse rod, the electric air cylinder is connected with a help-seeking button and a velometer, the help-seeking button is arranged in the lift car, and the velometer is arranged on the outer side wall of the lift car.
