The invention discloses an angle-adjustable liquid drop generator for space liquid drop radiation heat dissipation, which comprises a plurality of rotatable liquid drop generators, a supporting connecting rod, a rotating bearing, a middle liquid storage ring and a liquid conveying pipe, and adopts a design scheme that the liquid drop generators are combined with a rotating mechanism and a controller; the starting and stopping number of the rotatable liquid drop generator and accurate regulation and control of on-orbit loading can be achieved, the heat extraction efficiency of the space liquid drop radiation radiator is improved to a great extent, and the problem that a traditional space radiation radiator is insufficient in heat extraction capacity for a high-power high-heat-consumption spacecraft is solved. In addition, compared with a traditional space liquid drop radiation radiator with multiple liquid drop layers arranged in parallel, the space liquid drop radiation radiator solves the problem of huge space structure weight caused by various liquid conveying loops and supporting structures. Meanwhile, the angle-adjustable liquid drop generator for space liquid drop radiation heat dissipation is convenient and compact in on-orbit loading, small in size and light in weight.

    本发明公开了一种用于空间液滴辐射散热的可调角度液滴发生器,包括多个可转动液滴发生器、支撑连杆、转动轴承、中间储液环、液体输送管,采用液滴发生器与转动机构及控制器相结合的设计方案,根据排热系统功率的需求,能够实现可转动液滴发生器启、停数以及在轨装载的精确调控,很大程度提高了空间液滴辐射散热器的排热效率,解决了传统空间辐射散热器对于大功率高热耗航天器排热能力不足的问题。此外,相对于传统的多液滴层平行布置的空间液滴辐射散热器,本发明解决了由于繁多的液体输运回路以及支撑结构造成的巨大空间结构重量的问题。同时本发明提供的一种用于空间液滴辐射散热的可调角度液滴发生器在轨装载方便紧凑,体积小,质量轻。
