The invention discloses a space deployable unit, a plane deployable antenna supporting truss and a spacecraft. The space deployable unit comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, a lower eight-joint assembly; an upper eight-joint assembly; the space deployable unit has an unfolded state and a folded state, and when the space deployable unit is in the unfolded state, the distance between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is larger than the distance between the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece when the space deployable unit is in the folded state. The space deployable unit has the advantages of being high in bearing capacity, high in reliability and the like.
