The invention discloses an intelligent protection lifesaving system for a pilot, which constructs an intelligent working process from three aspects of intelligent functional characteristics, namely perception, decision-making and action, and comprehensively optimizes decision-making modules of an intelligent active protection subsystem, an intelligent ejection lifesaving subsystem and a wearable man-machine interaction subsystem. A situation diagnosis subsystem which is strong in computing power, rapid in response and provided with artificial intelligence is formed, and the protection and lifesaving system can be greatly transformed from a passive non-intelligent agent to an active intelligent agent; on the basis of information such as individualized physiology, behaviors and intentions of pilots, transformation from group-oriented rough universality performance to pursuing individual fine optimization performance can be achieved, and the protection, lifesaving and wearable man-machine interaction requirements of next generation and future high-intelligence fighters (including intelligent cabins) can be systematically met. The life safety of the pilot can be guaranteed, and the situation awareness and decision response capability of the pilot can be enhanced, so that the combat effectiveness of the pilot is improved.
