The invention relates to a communication method and device based on direct connection of a TSRS and a satellite differential station and a medium, the method realizes communication by directly connecting the TSRS and the satellite differential station, and the communication method comprises the following steps: step S1, determining the differential station to which a train belongs based on a transponder; and S2, the TSRS stores the differential information of the differential station based on the period.
