The invention discloses an airport terminal area aircraft flight mode mining method based on a standard flight program, and the method comprises the steps: firstly carrying out the quality analysis of the arrival and departure data of an aircraft and the standard flight program, and obtaining a needed feature vector through preprocessing; secondly, carrying out flight mode mining on the flight path by adopting a method based on standard program guidance; in the process of determining a center track during clustering, a standard track is used as a part of center clustering tracks, and distance calculation of the tracks is achieved through a method for calculating similarity measurement through dynamic time warping. According to the method, the selection mode of the central trajectory is improved on the basis of an original k-means mining flight mode, the trajectory is classified by taking a standard program as a main clustering center, and the clustering accuracy can be improved while the number of iterations is reduced, so that the result is more explanatory.

    本发明公开一种基于标准飞行程序的机场终端区航空器飞行模式挖掘方法,首先,对航空器的进离港数据以及标准飞行程序进行质量分析,并经过预处理获得需要的特征向量;其次,采用基于标准程序引导的方法对航迹进行飞行模式挖掘;在聚类时确定中心轨迹的过程中,使用标准轨迹作为部分中心聚类轨迹,并通过动态时间规整计算相似性度量的方法实现轨迹的距离计算。本发明在原本k‑均值挖掘飞行模式的基础上对中心轨迹的选取方式做出改进,以标准程序作为主要聚类中心对轨迹进行分类,减少迭代次数的同时可以提高聚类精确程度、使得结果更加具有解释性。
