The invention discloses a traffic emergency system based on an artificial intelligence model, relates to the technical field of traffic emergency, and solves the technical problem of how to predict a congestion phenomenon in time and prevent surrounding vehicles from entering a congested road section to aggravate road congestion. Acquiring a vehicle speed sequence and a total vehicle number of a target road through a data acquisition module; the data processing module obtains a vehicle congestion coefficient according to the vehicle speed sequence and the total number of vehicles, and when the vehicle congestion coefficient is larger than a vehicle congestion coefficient threshold value, a road prediction signal is sent to the traffic prediction module; the traffic prediction module obtains the original data sequence group, and obtains predicted traffic flow according to the original data sequence group and the traffic flow detection model; the intelligent emergency module informs a traffic guidance department and driving vehicles on surrounding roads according to the predicted traffic flow; the traffic flow of the target road is predicted in time, surrounding vehicles are notified to bypass in advance, aggravation of the congestion phenomenon caused by untimely command is avoided, and the workload of a command department is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于人工智能模型的交通应急系统,涉及交通应急技术领域,解决了如何及时预测拥堵现象,避免周边车辆进入拥堵路段加剧道路拥堵的技术问题;通过数据采集模块采集目标道路的车辆速度序列和车辆总数;数据处理模块根据车辆速度序列和车辆总数获取车辆拥堵系数,当车辆拥堵系数大于车辆拥堵系数阈值,将道路预测信号发送至交通预测模块;交通预测模块获取原始数据序列组,根据原始数据序列组和车流检测模型获取预测车流量;智能应急模块根据预测车流量通知交通指挥部门和周围道路上的行驶车辆;实现了及时预测目标道路车流量,通知周围车辆提前绕行,避免因指挥不及时造成拥堵现象的加剧,减轻指挥部门的工作量。
