The invention discloses a risk factor assessment method for non-motor vehicle traffic conflicts at a plane intersection, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out the collection of vehicle driving track data at the plane intersection through employing an aerial video of an unmanned aerial vehicle, constructing a safety replacement evaluation index for traffic conflict risk quantification, recognizing non-motor vehicle traffic conflicts, and carrying out the calculation of the risk factors; traffic conflicts are divided into slight conflicts and serious conflicts according to the severity of the conflict approaching accidents; 2, collecting risk driving behavior data related to non-motor vehicle traffic conflicts by using a road fixed camera which is synchronously shot with unmanned aerial vehicle aerial photography; and 3, establishing a random parameter binomial Logit model of mean and variance heterogeneity, and quantitatively analyzing the influence of rider risk driving behaviors on the non-motor vehicle traffic conflict severity. According to the method, efficient and objective evaluation of the non-motor vehicle traffic safety at the plane intersection can be realized, so that the accuracy of traffic accident risk factor analysis is improved.

    本发明公开了一种平面交叉口下非机动车交通冲突的风险因子评估方法,其步骤如下:1、利用无人机航拍视频进行平面交叉口中车辆行驶轨迹数据的采集,构建交通冲突风险量化的安全替代评价指标,识别非机动车交通冲突,并根据冲突趋近事故的严重程度,将交通冲突划分为轻微冲突和严重冲突;2、利用与无人机航拍同步拍摄的道路固定相机,采集与非机动车交通冲突相关的风险驾驶行为数据;3、建立均值、方差异质性的随机参数二项Logit模型,定量分析骑行者风险驾驶行为对非机动车交通冲突严重程度的影响。本发明能实现对平面交叉口非机动车交通安全的高效、客观评价,以提高交通事故风险因素分析的准确性。
