Raw materials for forming the antibacterial polyurethane material comprise a material A and a material B. The material A comprises first polyether polyol, second polyether polyol, a foaming agent, a catalyst, a foam stabilizer and quaternary ammonium salt, the pH of the first polyether polyol and the pH of the second polyether polyol are respectively and independently 7.5-8, the molecular weight of the first polyether polyol is 5800-6200, the molecular weight of the second polyether polyol is 7200-7700, and the molecular weight of the foaming agent is 5800-6200. The material B is prepared from diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The antibacterial polyurethane material has good bactericidal activity and high elasticity, and the automobile carpet made of the antibacterial polyurethane material is good in antibacterial effect, high in elasticity, low in volatile organic compound content, good in comfort level and high in safety.
