The invention discloses a method for replacing a lifting hydraulic cylinder of a stepping cooling bed, belongs to the technical field of metallurgical equipment maintenance, and aims to improve the equipment maintenance efficiency and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. Tools used in the method comprise a baffle, an upper steel wire rope, a chain block, a lower steel wire rope, an ejector rod, a hydraulic jack, a connecting piece, a lower safety pin shaft and an upper safety pin shaft. The method comprises the following replacement steps that A, preparation is conducted before a lifting hydraulic cylinder is disassembled; b, dismounting the lifting hydraulic cylinder; c, a new lifting hydraulic cylinder is pre-installed; and D, mounting an upper pin shaft and a lower pin shaft of the lifting hydraulic cylinder. Through ingenious cooperation of the chain block, the hydraulic jack and the safety pin shaft, the positions of the lifting hydraulic cylinder and the longitudinal beam are accurately adjusted, the acting force between the longitudinal beam and the lifting hydraulic cylinder is eliminated, and bearing holes of front and rear lugs of the lifting hydraulic cylinder are aligned with pin shaft holes in the support. And the equipment maintenance efficiency can be improved, the accident potential is eliminated, and the safety of equipment and personnel can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种步进冷床升降液压缸的更换方法,属于冶金设备维修技术领域,目的是提高设备维修效率,保证设备和人员的安全,其技术方案是,所述方法使用的工具包括挡板、上钢丝绳、手拉葫芦、下钢丝绳、顶杠、液压千斤顶、连接件、下安全销轴和上安全销轴,更换步骤如下:A、拆升降液压缸前的准备;B、拆除升降液压缸;C、预装新升降液压缸;D、安装升降液压缸的上销轴和下销轴。本发明通过手拉葫芦、液压千斤顶和安全销轴的巧妙配合,来精确调节升降液压缸和纵梁的位置,消除纵梁与升降液压缸之间的作用力,使升降液压缸前后耳的轴承孔对准支座上的销轴孔。不仅能够提高设备维修效率,而且消除了事故隐患,可保证设备和人员的安全。
