The invention provides an all-electric unmanned helicopter energy and driving system, which comprises an energy subsystem, a driving subsystem and a thermal management subsystem, and is characterized in that a power battery is connected with a driving device controller and supplies 700V high-voltage direct current to the driving device controller; the driving device controller is connected with the motor and the DC-DC and is used for controlling the motor and providing 380V three-phase alternating current, the driving device controller is connected with the DC-DC and is used for providing 700V high-voltage direct current for the DC-DC, the DC-DC is used for supplying power to a circuit breaker box of a power distribution system, a cooling liquid pump of a heat management system and a heat exchanger, and the circuit breaker box is used for supplying power to a whole machine load through a plurality of internal circuit breakers; the circuit breaker box is connected with the emergency battery, when the DC-DC cannot supply power to the circuit breaker box, the emergency battery supplies power to the circuit breaker box, and when the DC-DC supplies power to the circuit breaker box, the circuit breaker box is charged for the emergency battery through the circuit breaker box.
