The invention provides a spacecraft single-phase fluid loop heat dissipation system, and relates to the field of aerospace application. The spacecraft single-phase fluid loop heat dissipation system comprises cabin plates, a liquid storage cavity is formed in each cabin plate and filled with heat conduction liquid, a plurality of heat pipes are fixedly connected to the interior of the side, away from a heat diffusion plate, of each cabin plate, and a heat circulation pipe is arranged in the upper side wall of each cabin plate. The two ends of the heat circulation pipe are fixedly connected with a liquid inlet connector and a liquid outlet connector correspondingly, first heat conduction plates are fixedly connected to the positions, close to the left side and the right side, of the upper side wall of the cabin plate, and second heat conduction plates are fixedly connected to the positions, close to the front side and the rear side, of the upper side wall of the cabin plate. The heat conduction plates in the system can improve the heat diffusion efficiency between the adjacent cabin plates, and the heat conduction liquid can flow in the liquid storage cavities of the different cabin plates, so that the temperatures of the heat conduction liquid in the cabin plates tend to be the same, the heat conduction liquid and the cabin plates are combined, the isothermal effect of the cabin body can be effectively improved, and the thermal performance of the star body is improved.

    本发明提供航天器单相流体回路散热系统,涉及航天应用领域。该航天器单相流体回路散热系统,包括舱板,每个所述舱板的内部均设置有储液腔,所述储液腔的内部填充有导热液,所述舱板远离热扩散板的一侧内部固定连接有若干热管,所述舱板的上侧壁内部设置有热循环管,所述热循环管的两端分别固定连接有进液接口以及出液接口,所述舱板的上侧壁且靠近左右两侧均固定连接有第一导热板,所述舱板的上侧壁且靠近前后两侧均固定连接有第二导热板。该系统中导热板能提高相邻舱板之间的热量扩散效率,导热液能够在不同舱板的储液腔中流动,从而使得每块舱板内的导热液温度相趋同,两者结合,可以有效提高舱体的等温化效果,改善星体的热性能。
