The invention discloses a self-sinking and self-floating underwater leveler which comprises an ascending/descending system, a positioning system, an adjusting and fixing system, a leveling system, a measurement and control system, a power supply system, an emergency power supply system, a position display system and a central control system. A positioning system, an adjusting and fixing system, a leveling system, a measurement and control system, a power supply system and an emergency power supply system are arranged on the ascending/descending system, and a position display system and a central control system are arranged on the shore. The central control system is connected with the ascending/descending system, the positioning system, the adjusting and fixing system, the leveling system, the measurement and control system, the power supply system, the emergency power supply system and the position display system. According to the device, a special mother ship does not need to be built as a support of the underwater leveler, and autonomous sinking/floating is achieved through the ascending/diving system; the position of the excavator bucket is accurately positioned through the measurement and control system, and the underwater operation condition of the device is displayed in real time through the position display system; underwater unmanned operation of the device is realized by operating the central control system.

    本发明公开了一种自沉自浮水下整平器,包括上升/下潜系统、定位系统、调整固定系统、整平系统、测控系统、供电系统、应急供电系统、位置显示系统和中央控制系统;上升/下潜系统上设有定位系统、调整固定系统、整平系统、测控系统、供电系统和应急供电系统,岸上设有位置显示系统和中央控制系统,中央控制系统连接上升/下潜系统、定位系统、调整固定系统、整平系统、测控系统、供电系统、应急供电系统和位置显示系统。本装置不需要建造专用母船做为水下整平器的依托,通过上升/下潜系统实现自主下沉/上浮;通过测控系统精确定位挖斗的位置并通过位置显示系统实时显示装置在水下的作业情况;通过操作中央控制系统,实现装置的水下无人作业。
