The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery manufacturing, is particularly suitable for assembling axles of three-axle mining dump trucks, and particularly relates to an assembling method for axles of mining dump trucks, which comprises the following steps of: forming a frame by a plurality of AGVs (Automatic Guided Vehicles) and linking an AGV assembly line; the AGV supports the vehicle frames to be sequentially transferred to a storage frame, and assembly work in the early stage of axle installation is conducted; after the vehicle frame AGV assembly line completes assembly, the AGV supports the vehicle frame and transfers the vehicle frame to the linkage AGV assembly line; in the linkage AGV assembly line, the AGV supports the frame to circulate, and assembly of the axle assembly and the frame is completed; and the assembled frame assembly is transferred to a final assembly line, and axle assembly work is completed. By means of the assembling method, overturning of the frame before and after assembling can be avoided, the assembling efficiency and safety can be remarkably improved, meanwhile, the axle is assembled in a jacking mode, the occupied space of a traveling crane is greatly reduced, and the problem that the capacity is limited due to the occupied space of the traveling crane is solved. The device can be expanded to be applied to the axle assembly process of most three-axle mining dump trucks.

    本发明属于工程机械制造技术领域,特别适用于三桥矿用自卸车的车桥装配,具体为一种矿用自卸车车桥的装配方法,包括以下步骤:由多台AGV组成车架和联动AGV流水线;AGV撑托车架依次转移至存放架,进行车桥安装前期组装工作;车架AGV流水线完成组装后,AGV撑托车架转移至联动AGV流水线;在联动AGV流水线,AGV撑托车架流转,完成车桥总成与车架的组装;将组装完成车架总成转移至总装线,车桥装配作业完成。通过本发明的装配方法,能够避免车架装配前后的翻转,可以显著提高装配效率及安全性,同时采用顶升方式装配车桥,大幅降低了行车占用,解决了因行车占用导致产能受限的问题。本发明可拓展至大部分三桥矿用自卸车的车桥装配过程中应用。
