Low-speed large-torque assistance can be realized through vehicle speed detection, so that convenience is brought to driving while working, and assistance can be stopped at high speed; the steering clearance is reduced, and the high-speed stability is improved; through vehicle speed detection, according to signals of an angular displacement sensor, power-assisted steering return is carried out, and the real zero position return function is achieved; a remote control steering mode is provided, and steering remote control operation at different speeds is carried out.
