The invention discloses a heavy vehicle rollover early warning module design based on a nine-axis sensor, which comprises a data input module, a data preprocessing module, an algorithm model module and a data output module, and is characterized in that the data input module senses vehicle operation six-degree-of-freedom parameters through the nine-axis sensor arranged at a central control position; the data preprocessing module is used for performing algorithm calculation and error calculation on the automobile operation six-degree-of-freedom parameters obtained in the data input module to obtain optimal estimated values of the automobile six-degree-of-freedom motion parameters; the algorithm model module obtains an algorithm formula for calculating LTR in real time by establishing an automobile four-degree-of-freedom rollover model; the data output module comprises an alarm capable of sending out an alarm signal, three levels of rollover levels are designed according to the LTR rollover threshold obtained through simulation, whether to give an alarm or not is decided according to the levels, the rollover early warning problem is solved through the single nine-axis sensor, cost is greatly reduced, and system complexity is reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于九轴传感器的用于重型车辆侧翻预警模块设计,包括数据输入模块、数据预处理模块、算法模型模块和数据输出模块,数据输入模块通过中控处布置的九轴传感器感知汽车运行六自由度参数;数据预处理模块用于对数据输入模块中得到的汽车运行六自由度参数进行算法计算和误差计算得到其汽车六自由度运动参数的最优估计值;算法模型模块通过建立汽车四自由度侧翻模型得出实时计算LTR的算法公式;数据输出模块包括可发出报警信号的报警器,根据仿真得到的LTR侧翻阈值设计三级侧翻等级,并根据等级的高低决策出是否报警,本发明利用单个九轴传感器解决了侧翻预警问题,极大降低成本并降低系统复杂度。
