Comprising a driving protection controller and a bleeder resistor electrically connected with the driving protection controller, and further comprises a driving processor, and a data acquisition module, a data analysis module and an early warning prompt module which are in signal connection with the driving processor, the reverse voltage and current in the vehicle driving circuit are monitored in real time, and the bleeder resistor is connected to protect the whole driving system when the reverse voltage and current of the driving circuit are too large, so that the driving state of the vehicle can be monitored in real time, and an operation prompt is given to a driver in the vehicle during top-speed downhill.

    本发明公开了基于数据分析的移动充电车驱动保护系统,具体涉及驱动保护领域,用于解决现有的移动充电车在长下坡运行时,由于重力加速度的原因使车速过快,驱动电机会产生反向电动势,电压超过控制器电压以后,导致控制器过热保护,车辆将失去控制造成危险的问题;包括驱动保护控制器以及与驱动保护控制器电连接的泄流电阻,还包括行车处理器以及与行车处理器信号连接的数据采集模块、数据分析模块以及预警提示模块;本发明是通过实时监测车辆驱动电路中的反向电压与电流大小,并在驱动电路反向电压和电流过大时接入泄流电阻对整个驱动系统进行保护,能够实时监测车辆的行驶状态,在极速下坡时对车内驾驶人员进行操作提示。
