The invention discloses a high-voltage power-on method for a power battery, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the power supply voltage judgment of a high-voltage relay if the fault level of the power battery is within a set range after a BMS (Battery Management System) is awakened; when the power supply voltage of the high-voltage relay meets the high-voltage power-on condition, power-on instruction judgment is carried out, if the power-on instruction meets the requirement, whole vehicle fault level judgment is carried out, and if the whole vehicle fault level is within a set range, authenticity of the power-on instruction and a whole vehicle fault level signal is verified; after the verification is passed, performing high-voltage pre-charging based on the power-on instruction, and judging whether the pre-charging time is overtime or not in real time; if the time is out, returning to check again, and if the time is not out, controlling to pull in a positive pole relay, detecting the difference value between the MCU terminal voltage and the real-time total voltage of the power battery, and determining whether to disconnect the pre-charging relay according to the difference value to complete the high-voltage power-on of the power battery. The method fully considers, perfects and enriches the judgment conditions of each flow of high-voltage power-on of the power battery, and improves the reliability and safety of the power-on process.
本发明公开了一种动力电池高压上电方法,BMS唤醒后若动力电池故障等级在设定范围内,则进行高压继电器的供电电压判断;当高压继电器的供电电压满足高压上电条件后进行上电指令判断,若上电指令满足要求,则进行整车故障等级判断,若整车故障等级在设定范围内,则对上电指令和整车故障等级信号的真伪进行校验,校验通过后基于上电指令进行高压预充并实时判断预充时间是否超时;若超时则返回重新进行校验,若未超时,则控制吸合正极继电器,检测MCU端电压与动力电池实时总电压的差值,根据差值确定是否断开预充继电器,完成动力电池高压上电。本发明充分考虑完善丰富动力电池高压上电各流程的判断条件,提升了上电过程的可靠性及安全性。
