The invention discloses a safety tire assembly for rail transit, which comprises a rim, a pneumatic tire and an inner support body, the rim is sleeved on an axle, the pneumatic tire covers the rim, the inner support body is annularly mounted on the rim, is positioned in the pneumatic tire and is not in contact with the pneumatic tire, and the inner support body is sleeved on the rim. The whole inner supporting body is made of a non-metal material, a buffer layer is arranged on each of the inner supporting body except one side in contact with a rim, and the inner supporting body can rotate relative to the rim when the tire leaks air or is burst. After the tire bursts or leaks air, the inner supporting body makes contact with the crown of the tire, bears loads, prevents a vehicle body from overturning and can resist impact caused by explosion, the vehicle can continuously run forwards, the inner supporting body can rotate around the rim, the driving force loss is small, and the vehicle can run for a long distance by means of the power of the vehicle, so that the vehicle can directly return to a maintenance station.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通用的安全轮胎总成,包括轮辋、充气轮胎和内支撑体,所述轮辋套装在车轴上,所述充气轮胎罩在轮辋外,所述内支撑体呈环形地安装在轮辋上,且位于充气轮胎内不与充气轮胎接触,所述内支撑体整体采用非金属材质,且内支撑体上除与轮辋接触的一侧外其余均设置有一层缓冲层,在轮胎泄气或爆胎时,内支撑体能相对轮辋转动。在轮胎爆胎或泄气后,内支撑体与轮胎冠部接触,承担载荷,防止车身翻覆,并能抵抗爆炸带来的冲击,使车辆能够持续向前行驶,并且内支撑体可以围绕轮辋转动,驱动力损失小,车辆能依靠自身动力行驶较长的距离,从而能直接返回维修站。
