本发明公开了一种基于力矩平衡原理的无人机除梢装置及其控制方法,装置包括连接固定装置、摄像装置、修剪装置主体、驱动装置、旋转装置、无刷电机固定板、滚珠丝杆、滑块、无刷电机和刀片;使用时,先将除梢装置固定在无人机上,通过摄像装置采集的图像搜寻目标并进行无人机位置调整,然后通过中控控制无刷电机开始工作,带动刀片进行旋转,同时刀片工作范围是可以重叠的,可以加大除梢的力度,更好进行果树除梢作业。本发明中,无刷电机的正反转还可以在一定程度下增加除梢过程中无人机的稳定性;本发明适合在果园果树除梢领域使用。

    The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle tip removing device based on a moment balance principle and a control method of the unmanned aerial vehicle tip removing device. The device comprises a connecting and fixing device, a camera device, a trimming device body, a driving device, a rotating device, a brushless motor fixing plate, a ball screw, a sliding block, a brushless motor and a blade. When in use, the tip removing device is fixed on the unmanned aerial vehicle, a target is searched through an image acquired by the camera device, the position of the unmanned aerial vehicle is adjusted, then the brushless motor is controlled by the central controller to start to work and drive the blades to rotate, meanwhile, the working ranges of the blades can be overlapped, the tip removing force can be increased, and the tip removing operation of the fruit trees can be better carried out. The stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the shoot removing process can be improved to a certain extent through forward and reverse rotation of the brushless motor; the device is suitable for the field of orchard fruit tree tip removal.
